The return policy is following the Terms and Conditions of VIZON. After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are complete and keep the receipt or order email for record. If you wish to return or replace received items, please follow the procedures listed below.
Conditions for Return/Replace:
Please return the goods WITHIN 7 DAYS after purchase.
Please keep your receipt/electronic receipt for any returns or replacement.
Except products with defects or quality problems, once the product and package is incomplete or damaged due to human factors, we will not accept returns or replacements.

Our customer service may request images of defected or damaged products, and a copy of your purchase receipt. Once your request has been confirmed, you may choose to receive replacements via the following methods:
